EPUB Interactivity Preview Panel

The Preview panel is completely empty, previously before i reinstalled it; the panel had animation and media loading but the buttons weren't registering. Now it's just empty, SWF preview works fine though. Running 2017 InDesign on Windows 10

Start by restoring your InDesign preferences:

Trash, Replace, Reset, or Restore the application Preferences

I have tried that and it still doesn't work.

If it's only one file, it could have gotten corrupted. Try saving the file as IDML (File > Save As > InDesign CS4 and later [IDML]). Then reopen the IDML file into InDesign.
