ePub not exporting full document

I'm attempting to create a fixed format ebook through inDesign. When I export, I check that the parameters are set to all pages. Yet when the export is finished, the last 20% or so of my book is simply not present, with the book ending abruptly at a random page.

How can I troubleshoot to get a full and complete ePub book?

Hi there,

 

Thanks for reaching out. Would you mind sharing some more information like:
1. Version of OS and InDesign.
2. Is it happening with a specific file or with all the files(try others as well)? If it is a specific file, try saving the file as IDML first and then export it to EPUB. Let us know how it goes.
3. Do you save files locally or on a network?
4. Have you tried resetting preferences? (If not, please try doing that. You may follow the steps provided on https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/using/setting-preferences.html)

 

**Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings and InDesign will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. Location is mentioned in the article.

All this information will help us understand the issue and work accordingly.

I'm running Mac OS Catalina 10.15.2, InDesign 2020.

Exporting an EPUB from IDML procuded the same results.

Saving directly to internal hard drive.

I have not changed any preferences since installing, so they should still be set to default.

No luck so far, any other ideas?
