Hi — I think I answered you already via DM, but let me repeat the info just in case.

There are many issues that can cause font problems in EPUB and Kindle. At the root of all of them is that EPUB is not great at handling specified/embedded fonts, and the problems multiply when you convert EPUB to Kindle. Most of this comes from both EPUB and Kindle readers exercising a LOT of control over the fonts, size, spacing etc., especially for the body font. (For Kindle in particular, you simply cannot override some aspects of the base font, and tryign will cause truly bizarre errors.)

Most of the problems can be worked out, and can be anything from a simple glitch to trying to embed a non-licensed font, or one that's incompatible with embedding.

But the real solution is... don't embed fonts. Don't specify fonts. They rarely add anything to a e-book that good layout and composition using generic serif and sans-serif fonts (and letting each reader choose its own actual faces) won't do just as well.

If you really want to include fonts, start by uploading an image of one of the faulty pages so we can start narrowing down the likely cause.

It sounds like you are using Adobe InDesign to create your ePub. I'll move your post from Creative Cloud Services for you.
