You have not provided nearly enough information to start narrowing down the problem.

The first question is, does this fault happen only on one document, or on all exports? If you export a previously successful document, does it now show the type flaws? (If it's one document, that document is likely corrupted, and that's where the solutions will start. If it's all documents now, something has changed on your system, and we'll have to narrow that down.)

The nature of the flaw is not very clearly described — exactly what is happening in the faulty export?

It's also best not to use ADE, Adobe Digital Edition — not for anything. It's a very poor digital reader tool with many flaws. For general/generic EPUB review, Calibre Reader and Thorium Reader are better choices. (If you are publishing or reselling these EPUBs, any specific reader for that market, such as Apple's EPUB viewer, would be a good choice.)

And finally, some basics — what version of InDesign are you using? Have you updated it since the last successful export? Have you tried using the prior version to see if it exports correctly? What platform and OS are you on? And some details about the project — size, font use, etc.  —would help with the details.

1. The version of Adobe InDesign you're using.

2. Your operating system and its version.

3. Is the same file that exported successfully in November now failing? Or is the issue specific to a new file?

4. Is this issue limited to this particular file, or are you experiencing it with other files as well?

If possible, could you share the affected file with us for testing? If the file is confidential, you can send it to us via DM on the community. Additionally, a screen recording demonstrating the issue would be very helpful to understand what's happening.
