Erreur exportation de PDF avec job option personnalisé sur MacBook Pro M4

Bonjour,

InDesign créé une erreur lorsque je veux exporter un PDF print avec les JobOption (Paramètre PDF Pré-définis) demandé par mon imprimeur. Je suis sur un MacBookPro M4 de 2025.

Habituellement l'export fonctionne parfaitement lorsque je le fait sur un iMac M3 ou PC Windows 11.

Je dois absolument envoyer mon fichier en impression avec ce fichier possédant les JobOptions de mon imprimeur, pouvez-vous m'aider svp ???

What shows up on the Background Tasks panel if you watch it when creating a PDF?

You can also try disabling background tasks (google it).

Also, try the "binary" approach: export the first half of the job, then the second half. If any half fails, export each half of the problem half. Keep halfing the problem area until you find the problem page. (If everything works, combine them in Acrobat Pro.)

Did you notice anything unusual about the supplied PDF settings? For example, if a tagged PDF is causing a problem, you don't need it for a print job.
