Error #14

Hey all, keep on having error #14 on all my devices when trying to publish an interactive pdf from InDesign.
Have read that maybe Adobe can't connect to the server - tried logining in and out, no result.
Someone ideas?

Are you referring to Publish Online? That is not a PDF!
