Thank you for reaching out, and sorry to hear you are unable to publish the document in InDesign. Could you please confirm if this is happening with a specific file or all files? Please try the solution suggested in this article: Upload error while publishing InDesign document, and let us know if that helps.

Hi there, this is across all files. I have also tried to publish online using a neighbour’s wifi and am having the same problem

Thank you for sharing the info. Error 18 while publishing online generally means- Connection is lost while publishing, and we need to check the network connection and try again. 

 

Could you please confirm if you are on Individual Subscription or Enterprise Subscription? Please share the details of your operating system and the version of InDesign installed on your machine.
