Error codigo 2 al grabar un archivo en Indesign

Estoy trabajando con Indesign y al querer grabar el archivo aparece, de forma  consecutiva, diferentes mensajes de error, pero en concreto todos dicen que el archivo está dañado y no puede acceder a la base de datos, o la base de datos está dañada. Ej: “No se pudo concluir la operación debido a un error de base de datos. El archivo “DBTmp222801908943437” está dañado (código de error: 2)”. Tampoco me deja guardar como .idml, lo intenta, pero luego se cierra abruptamente el programa.   Incluso eliminé el Indesing y volvi a instalarlo  y ocurre el mismo problema.

    ​@Sophia29215464yg7e it isn’t an InDesign issue, so stop re-installing this. Sometimes, by doing that, it can cause a different can of worms. It’s actually a Windows issue! I know right? Not Adobe this time!

    Last week, there was a Windows 11 Security Update that actually wreck havoc on users computers. To the point, where InDesign doesn’t work properly to even worse, some PC users couldn’t even reboot their PC’s! Eeck! 

    Microsoft is recommending to uninstall this patch!

    Once you uninstall it, and restart the computer, you should be able to do what you want to do. Better yet, maybe turn off th auto update on the PC!​​​​​​​

    He realizado lo mencionado, pero continuo teniendo el mensaje de error. Es posible que haya quedado danado el archivo realmente, y la recuperacion no lo este resolviendo?

    He instalado la versión parche de windows, reinicie el equipo y aun así me sale el mensaje que no se puede acceder o crear el archivo Indesign default. y se cierra la aplicacion y sigue sin poder grabarse el archivo, ni exportar a pdf ni exportar a idml.   😔

    Did you uninstall the Windows update mentioned in the correct answer by ​@creative explorer above?

    Si, he instalado el update mencionado, luego al continuar con el error, volvi  hacer todo de vuelta, tanto la reinstalacion y reparacion del windows, como desinstalar e instalar indesing para que tome todos los archivos en forma limpia, funciono en un par de veces, luego volvio a tener el mismo mensaje… pero funcionando mejor, por ejemplo ya me sale la pantalla de enviar error a Adobe, (algo que anteriormente no lo hacia,) o permitir la recuperacion al abrir indesing.  Creen que pueda ya ser un problema que quedo en el archivo?, tengo temor a probar con otros documentos para evitar danar los demas de la misma forma.

    Thanks for sharing the details, and sorry you’ve been running into this. In addition to the expert’s suggestion, this issue has been addressed through a recent Windows update. Please update your system to KB5078127 if you’re on Windows 11, or KB5078129 if you’re on Windows 10. If you don’t see the update available on your machine yet, it should also be available through the Microsoft Update Catalog. After installing the update, restart your computer and then try saving the file in InDesign again.

    Please let us know if this resolves the error.
