Please fix this. I see that 5 years past since this post was created but we still have this problem. It's really enoying. The only solution that works is close and reopen the file. After 100th time sometimes it works. I have work to do, I have no time playing around with Indesign.

I'm using w11, Indesign is updated

    Hello @Dovile23072679iixd,

That does seem strange. Could you share more details, like the version of the OS/InDesign installed, if this happens with specific files/users, and a small screen recording of your workflow when you encounter this problem, so we can better assist you?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

I'm having the same issue with the latest update v 18.2.1.

Please let me know when this bug has been fixed. 🙂

Mine finally worked recently. Invite goes out. And one colleague got it to work, logging in with their Adobe account (though that should be optional), and providing feedback.

But, some invitees cannot access. Logging in with their Adobe account gives "...400. That’s an error. Error: malformed_certificate..."  Not sure about trying to just give feedback as guest.

I got same error when I was invited to feedback on Adobe Acrobat file via same feature.

We are a school,  and could be something to do with enterprise Adobe account transitions...

I am having similar issues intermittently. When adding people to a Share for review I am getting the attached message quite a lot. Seems to work sometimes and sometimes not, very frustrating!

Hi Hammad, we are also having the same issue. I have reset preferences, I'm using the most updated version, I've restarted InDesign and my Mac but keep getting the same error. We are going back to using Trello/Asana for now.

Adobe...Any patches available? This is a great feature but not if we can't see the comments!

Same, both InDesign Share for Review and Acrobat Review seem to be broken as of yesterday.

Same issue here, errors sharing for review no matter what fixes I try. This feature is incredibly buggy.
