Error on font while exporting

There was a problem in font style while exporting pdf for adobe illustrator 

however in used an external font neutrofina light

that shows properly on indesign when i export as pdf it wont showa the same some text missing and the embedded font doesn't appear instead of it uses default font while exporting a pdf 

As i tried reastarting save as different file still didn't

get that right

is there any other option to get the given downloaded font
