Error with Exporting Animations and Embedded URLs in InDesign 'Share for Review' Feature

Recently I created a slide with a bunch of animations and embed URLs. However I keep getting this error. Is there any way to export all the animations without an error?
Thanks!

Hi @Olive Group,

Thanks for reaching out! I understand how frustrating it can be when animations and embedded URLs don't export as expected. The error you're seeing is due to certain interactive elements like animations and embedded content not being fully supported in the 'Share for Review' feature.

Could you please share the version of InDesign and the operating system you're using? If you're not on the latest version (19.5), I recommend updating to ensure you have the most recent improvements. Unfortunately, for now, a full export of animations in 'Share for Review' isn’t supported, but you can try exporting the document as an Interactive PDF or EPUB where animations should work more effectively.

Let me know how it goes!

Thank you,
Abhishek Rao

The version is pretty up to date one. I cannot see animations in interactive pdf as well. They are basically not moving.

Hello @Olive Group

Would you mind sharing a screen recording showing the InDesign workflow and then the PDF export workflow to us for better investigation?

Thanks,
