Error18

Hello there, I am trying to export a Indesign file and, while everything seems normal in the process, a window pops up saying there was an error, specifically Error 18….have you ever experienced or are you currently having such an issue? Do you have any suggestion?
Thanks a lot for your help, we have been struggling with this since yesterday, it’s not a matter of device nor internet connection (even tho this error seems to be related to the status of the connection, my wi-fi works well), maybe something related to our adobe account? I have no clue honestly!

Let me know what you think, have a lovely day!

E.

Are you selecting the Publish Online facility – error 18 is, I believe, to do with a network issue?

What do you mean by network issue? I think it's not something wi-fi related since I tried in multiple locations with different internet connections.

Which format are you exporting to?

Hello @Editors32564555jl7l,

Could you share more details, like the version of the OS/InDesign installed, the folder location where you are trying to export and if InDesign behaves this way with new files as well, so I can better assist you.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello! The InDesign version is 20.2 and the operating system is Sequoia 15.3.1. The folder is on my desktop and the issue comes up regardless of the file, new or old, when the publishing process is at 99%, then "Error 18" screen pops up. Thanks you!

Hello Anubhav, can you please help on this one? After 4 days the issue is exactly the same, no updates on my side. Let me know at your convenience, thank you! E.
