Errors when trying to publish online

For the past week, I have been trying to publish documents online through InDesign. I have gotten the following errors: #23, #22, #30, and #39. On the 'troubleshoot errors' page, these are all 'server is busy, try again later.' It's been this way for a week. My IT department looked at the network traffic, and there are no blocks. We've whitelisted cc-api-cp.adobe.io s3*.amazonaws.com indd.adobe.com. The app is updated to the most recent version. I have signed out of the app and back in. I've done all the things I know to do.

Is there something happening with Adobe's servers? Should I explore alternate solutions to publishing InDesign documents online?

I just did a test publishing a 10-page file with a mixture of text and graphics, and had no problems so it's not having to everyone.

Here's a list of error codes in case it helps you:

How large are the files? Do the have a lot of large graphics? Interactivity?

The thing that gets me is these are updates to files that are already published - some of them are large, but nothing that couldn't be handled in the past.
