every time I open indesign.

"Some files required for color management are missing. Please re-install the application to ensure proper functioning"

 

indesign, latest version, m1 mac, monterey

 

loosing my sh!t over here.  been like this since the beginning of the year.  uninstalled, reinstalled, cleaners, nothing fixes this.  super great for the $$$ i pay monthly for the full suite.. super job adobe.

You've reinstalled, have you rebuilt the preferences? They can carry over from previous versions. https://creativepro.com/rebuilding-indesign-preferences/

yes to both of you.  still same dialogue pop up.  as mentioned, i've gone through the interweb and nothing has fixed this problem.  nothing.

What happens when you reinstall InDesign directly from the CC Desktop Application?

Did you install via migration from a backup or older computer?

i've had this m1 mac for a year.  issues started on a recent update done through creative cloud updates.
