There is an overset - red "+" in the bottom-right corner - probably a row after the last one visible is too high and doesn't fit - try to make TextFrame much higher.

It can be a graphic or forced page break.

Try to reflow this text.

Use file > place and select the range you need in the options. After that, you'll have to resize things to fit.
