How do I import an export my custom made Adobe InDesign workspace on a Mac to another Mac?

Custom workspaces are located here:
/Users/username/Library/Preferences/Adobe InDesign/Version 18.0*/fr_FR**/Workspaces
*depends on the version you use
**fr_FR because I have a French version
