Export presets gone indesign

Question

I am trying to export a large document for screen. It has lots of high quality images. When I go to export, all the presets have gone for some reason, so I can only get the document to 21 MB at the least. How do I get the other presets back including smallest size please!

It's always a good idea to start by telling us what version of InDesign you're using and exactly what computer operating system version you're using. (Sometimes different combinations can cause problems.)

First thing to try is restoring InDesign preferences:

Trash, Replace, Reset, or Restore the application Preferences

You could also try uninstalling InDesign and reinstaling.
