ExportImageToJPEG virtual call error

Hi everyone

I am using SnapshotUtilsEx::ExportImageToJPEG function in indesign server.

I've got 'a virtual function call error' in using ExportImageToJPEG.

what wrong with me????

I uninstall iTunes and reinstall indesign server.
