Exporting book for Amazon reflowable ebook

Question

I've just finished a 300+ page book for printing on Amazon; process was very easy and book looks great.

I want to publish this as a reflowable ebook, also on Amazon. So far the only way I've thought of is to export the InD files back into Word and upload them that way. I don't think this is a good solution. I exported to Epub and got mixed results, but anyway I want it reflowable. Am I missing something obvious?

Any ideas?

Exporting to EPUB from InDesign is an involved process. You can't really just hit the export button and expect it to go smoothly, I'm afraid, as EPUBs are tricky and idiosyncratic by nature. Anne-Marie Concepción has a terrific step-by-step video on LinkedIn Learning that you might find useful.
