Exporting forms from Indesign 2020 not working

Hello!

In previous versions of Indesign there used to be possible to choose a preset that included interactive elements...

That is gone and when I export forms elements to PDF, they do not work at all in acrobat.

When using the same file (exported from Indesign) and creating the form in Acrobat with file as template, Acrobat destroys all data... Lists dont work and typographic properties are lost.

What to do???

Please define previous versions. If you're moving to Creative Cloud from a much earlier version of InDesign there was only a single PDF export. There are now two.

As Chad has pointed out, there is one for Adobe PDF (Print) and one for Adobe PDF (interactive). The latter is the one you should choose.

    No, i´ve been using CC for ages, so no major upgrades...

    However, i am not quite sure at what point this preset dissapeared. It was a long time since I used form elements.

    Is there any way to get this feature back?

    Sceenshots are from swedish verison, but i guess it´s quite obvious what is what

    Did you or did you not choose PDF Interactive? There's really no need for a preset for that.

    It sounds to me like in your previous version, you or someone else created a PDF preset that exported to Interactive PDF using the settings defined in the preset. Those presets should have come over to the new version however if you chose not to migrate those presets when installing 2020, they may not be there. The ability to export to PDF (Interactive) is still there and if you choose File > Export and choose that setting in the Export drop-down menu, your form fields should be retained.     No, I have never created any personal presets, other than modifying on the fly... But there used to be a built in preset.
