Correct answer Brad @ Roaring Mouse

If you are talking about collecting the files to send to a printer, that's a simple matter of creating a Package (File > Package).

You can only collect fonts that can be legally collected (and InDesign's Package command will warn as such when you attempt to do so), and you definitely CANNOT collect fonts from Adobe Fonts; There is no need to do so anyway as anyone you are giving these files to will also have a CC subscription and will have access to the same fonts.

(This may also apply to any other cloud font service like Monotype's)

Did your printer ask for this to be done? Any professinal printer these days does not want these; they want PDFs.

Ask the printer what they want and need. Nobody here can tell you anything until you provide that information.
