Exporting InDesign pages to PDF -- only first page shows up

I am trying to export a spread of Indesign pages into a print-view PDF. I have "all pages" selected in the export options but only one page is showing up in the export options and when exported as a PDF. Any fixes?

When you have created a 2- or more page spread, choose File > Export > Adobe PDF (Print). As shown in the image, check Spreads to get the pages in the PDF appear side-by-side:
