Extendables framework test suite not all passing?

I'm just curious if others, using other Adobe versions (CS5, CS4, CS3, CC, etc.) have similar failures. Would be nice to get additional data points across Adobe versions, and/or to know if I'm executing the framework test runner incorrectly.
