External url to link to anchor inside InDesign Publish Online document

Question

I have an InDesign document that has been published online. There are several sections, or chapters, in the document. The document has also been printed with dynamic QR Codes. What should be happening is that someone would pick up the print version of the document and with their mobile phone, scan the QR code that is printed on page 5. They should be taken to a webpage which has an embeded iframe of the full document, and voila, page 5 is there (rather than the 1st page).

Here is a workaround idea. Create a Publish Online document of just page 5. Create a link in this new document that will take a user to the complete document. Create the QR code for the page 5 document.

If this project has already been printed, then this idea will not work.
