Extract Alternate Text from hyperlinks

With the new feature in InDesign, I have a file containing about 124 hyperlink URLs. Each of these hyperlinks includes alternate text (ALT text). I want to extract this ALT text. Is there any way to do this, perhaps with a script?

Hi,

unfortunately, you currently can't read the ALT text for hyperlinks via script. You can only vote for the implementation of this property.
