Failure to Export to PDF

I'm running on Mac OS Monterey 12.3.1 trying to export ID files to PDF but keep getting failure to export notices. Based on user forum suggestions I've deleted ID 18.2 and reinstalled 18.1 to no avail, and have just updated to 18.3 but keep getting the same failure to export message.
