[Feature request] Inbuilt bulk image size reduction tool for sharing project for sharing for edits

Especially in academic publications, sometimes the submission system requires uploading of indd file for editors to put in accessibility informations.

And usually it is for pictorial submissions that for clearity, when creating the file, high quality photo are used. And usually for submission platforms, there's a filesize limit usually not that big.

The current method people use requires unembedding all images, export and resize picture one by one and then re-embedding all the pictures, where the author will need to calculate based on the picture size and then use 300/450/600 DPI to calculate how big each picture needs to be.

There should be an option just like PDF option, called "optimize project for shareing", to batch set all images larger than 300/450/600 DPI (selectable option according to desired quality) to downsample to 300/450/600 DPI and save the project as a new indd file. Seems the problem has existed since years ago and people came up with many tedious way to work around that.
