Feature Request: Share for Review add print and download buttons

I have found that, especially with multi-page documents, proofing goes a lot better if people can print the document out to review on paper.

Why doesn't Share for Review have print or download options? This is the only thing keeping me from using this feature!

I get that the whole point of the share for review is probably to keep things paperless, but I would like to print documents that are intended for printing (like flyers) to verify font sizes and colors are truly legible.

Hi All,

Thank you for reaching out. I will forward it to the Product team. I would suggest if you could also post it here (https://indesign.uservoice.com/). This way, you will keep getting all the updates related to this feature, and other users can also upvote, which would help us prioritize. Also, this is the best way of communicating with the Product teams regarding issues and suggestions so they can be implemented in future releases.

Regards,

Yes please! Being able to print out the document with the comments would be extremely helpful. At least saving the document WITH reviews visible to a pdf would be helpful.

Forgot the most important thing:

[7] Doing Save As to the document will leave you with an empty Share for Review panel.

Hm. That's not the only thing keeping me from using Share for Review.

Here a list that could be expanded:

[1] There is no way to do page ranges.

[2] Only spreads are output, not single pages.

[3] Overprinting elements will rendered wrong ( no overprint )

[4] There is no way to determine image resolution.

[5] No way to script the distributing process.

[6] No way to use the book feature.
