Fenêtre "Enregistrer sous" noire sans possibilité d'agir dans Indesign

Bonjour,

j'ai du changé d'ordinateur, j'ai réinstaller la suite Adobe, et depuis. J'ai un gros soucis dans Indesign :

il m'est impossible d'enregistrer sous mes nouveaux fichiers, fenêtre noire. J'ai désinstaller et réinstaller rine ne fait. Merci pour votre aide.

    Thanks for reaching out. Could you share more details, such as the version of the OS/InDesign installed, a screenshot/small screen recording of the problem, and whether this issue occurs when saving to all folder locations, so we can better assist you?

    je suis désormais sur win11, version Indesign 2026. je ne peux pas enregistrer mes nouveaux fichiers.

    Hello @vkiefer,

    Sorry for the late response. Would you mind trying the following steps and checking if they help:

     

    - Close all Adobe applications.

    - Rename the UXP folder to UXP.old from the following location:

    (Windows) Navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\UXP

    (macOS) Navigate to Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP

     

    - Relaunch InDesign
