File damaged error since update to v 18.4

I updated to InDesign 18.4 a few days ago and ever since I'm getting the error below when I try to save a new version of a file with an updated name (ie, v1 to v2). I have to save to a new folder and then copy it back to the folder where it should be.

"InDesign is unable to save this file. We tried, but it appears to be damaged."

How can I revert to the previous version of InDesign?

What is the destination folder?

And what kind of rights / privileges your user account have? Especially in case of InDesign?

Are you working from Admin account / account with administrator rights?

And how InDesign has been installed - from the same user or different one and "made" available to all users?
