File Info window too large

When I open the File Info window to enter the file information (prior to exporting to EPUB), the pop-up window is so large that I can't see the Save button (although, the button could be labeled 'Okay" or some other thing--I can't see it). [See attached image]

I tried setting my taskbar to auto-hide, but that didn't help, either.

Are there any other ideas?
