File name on Share for Review Online doesn't match the InDesign file

This has happened twice in the past month. The InDesign file name is one thing and not changed after creating the "Share for Review." But when the reviewer opens it online in a browser, the name is completely different--often another project completely unrelated to that review. 
1)  what is happening and how do I prevent it from happening?
2)  how do I change it on the browser version?

  1. The version of InDesign & OS.
  2. Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?
  3. Please share a few screenshots.
  4. Are you seeing a file name from a previous project you worked on?

It’s happened with different files. The file names are from other projects I’ve worked on, the last one was unrelated to the project.

Mac OS for the latest one is Mac OS Ventura 13.2; the first time it happened was Mac OS Big Sur 11.x. InDesign version is 18.1. All my computers are set to update automatically.
