Files created on InDesign 2019 unable to open showing as damaged

Hi there, I have a lot of files created on the 2019 version of InDesign. I've recently updated my InDesign to the 2020 version and now all my files are unable to be opened on either 2019 or 2020 versions showing a message saying that the file is damaged. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Sorry to hear about this. Would you mind sharing the version of the OS & InDesign? Are these files saved on a network drive?

If yes, copy them on local drive and then try opening them.

I can't save on 2020 either. Same thing happens.
