Find and replace - change text (e.g. -1) to superscript

Hi, I have a 300 page document that has lots of 'grams year-1' and 'kg-1'. In all cases the -1 has to be superscript. Is there a simple way to use find and replace to make all the '-1' in the whole document superscript ? Thanks in advance.

Find

-1

Change to

In the blank box at the bottom - click on this

And find the superscript option

And then that will change all

However, it would best to setup a Character Style so you can manipulate them all at once.

You can still set up a character style

Then use find replace to find -1

And again click the blank box at the bottom

This time find the Character Style and apply it.
