Why doesn't GREP find the # at the end of line?

Is there any way to add inch marks to a column of numbers in a table? If I could search any digit plus the # sign it seems like it would be easy.

Are you looking to find the pound symbol or a number at the end of paragraph?

(#)$ will find pound symbol at the end of paragraph. \d$ will find any digit at the end of paragraph.

Change to: $0" will add inch mark to what you found.
