flickering cursor indesign and Lirbrary

when I'm trying to reach The Library in InDesign new edition 2017, the mouse still flickring and I can not do almost anything.

I had same problrm with Illustrator, I've contact support and they solved it.

I think its a failer in HTML file in some where.

anybody have a clue ?
