Flip Book, interactive forms, links, print and email button

I have been asked to create a flip book that can have interactive forms, links, print and email button.  Is this possible?  I have Adobe Creative Cloud 2019.  I am not sure if I have the programs to make this interactive flip book. We don't want to have to pay to send it to uplaod to a website like flipbulider.com.  I want to be able to do this with programs I have.  Please advice and let me know if this is capable to be able to produce in Adobe Creative Cloud 2019 or do I need to purchase a different software.  This would be a book that would be created on a weekly bases.  Thank you in advance of any guidence you can help with.

    You should be able to use Publish Online. You don't get the animated page-turn effect, but frankly, that's really outdated. You can create a simple page transition. This document has many examples of what can be done with InDesign and Publish Online, tools you already have. Some amazing work.     You can do some of these things with InDesign's Publish Online and with a PDF linked to a flip book third party app. and also with in5 https://ajarproductions.com/pages/products/in5/?ref=footer

    but not the interactive forms.


    (You can produce PDFs with interactive forms, but they won't have the other things you want!).
