Flip Book Software/program with editable/update prices

We currently use Flip PDF Professional to create our flip books, where we can add links for videos etc. But is there a program (not a online service) where the prices can be updated via a CSV, spreadsheet or word file? Maybe also import CSV or similar data file with a SKU and a url to automatically create hyperlinks. This needs to be automated, as there are over 10,000 products and a possible 600 variants. Any suggestions would be highly grateful. Thank you
