"Flip" command grayed out in Print dialog - "Output"

The current InDesign 2021 has me baffled when wanting to print a document to my HP laser printer. For years I've been able to choose "Flip" after choosing "Output" in the Print Dialog choices. Same printer I've used for years doing this successfully. Same Print Preset I've always selected, though I don't include "Flip" to create the preset. I just choose that command per print job.
I use the printout to transfer drawings to an art canvas, so it needs to be printed in reverse.
