Hello

I have created an advert in one document and when I have copied and pasted this artwork into another, part of the text has changed size any ideas what has happened.

It has moved from 12pt to 10pt.

Screen grabs attached.

When you copy / move content from one document to another and there are matching style definitions, the definitions used in the incoming document override the original.

Use copy>paste without formatting to avoid it.

Check to see if the same version of the font is being read in the new document as the old. For example, I've seen what appears to be a drastic change in size when substituting the Truetype version of the font Impact for the Postscript Type 1 version. You didn't say if there was anything else in your destination document that might already be using a different version of the font that is changing size. If there is it might be over-riding the font in the file being imported. As whacky as that sounds I actually just recently had this happen.

It could also happen if you base paragraph styles on the [Basic Paragraph] style. Different documents may be set up differently.
