FontAgent not syncing with Id.

I've opened the fonts that the Id document is asking for (Frutiger, in FontAgent) but they're not showing up as found in the Id dialogue box. Has anyone experienced this issue? Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

As pointed out in the thread below, FontAgent is not an Adobe product. You need to contact them:
