Fonts activated but not appearing

Pursuant to my recent posting: The fonts are activated and installed, yet they don't appear as avaialble in the document. They appear twice in the replace fonts menu. Are they cancelling themselves out? How do I stop this? I've deleted the preferences repeatedly. I guess I'll try deleting and reinstalling the program.

Auto actiate doesn't work.
