Hello

I am trying to work with a printer. Every time I send him files with Gotham they do not show up on his end.
My pdfs contain all the fonts when exported. Once he opens them some are not there.

What is happning how do I fix

When you say they open the file - do you mean they open the file in Acrobat?
Or are they opening the files in something like Illustrator?

PDFs created in InDesign should not be opened in any other program except Acrobat.

If they are opening the PDF in Acrobat then ensure that Gotham is embeded in the PDF, you can check if the font is embedded correctly - as per @Brad @ Roaring Mouse

But we probably need more information to help further.

How is the font missing? What error are they getting and how are they finding it's missing?

Are you sure they are embedded? i.e. Document Fonts it should say embedded/subset for each instance.

Can you show that dialog?  and what are they seeing in that dialog? They ARE opening it in Acrobat, correct?
