Fonts Uninstalled Issue

I keep running into the issue of fonts that I am actively using being uninstalled. I can't find a setting that would stop this from occurring. 

 

It's a tedious process of going to Adobe Fonts - seeing that it shows the font is "installed" - uninstalling then reinstalling it. Lately, I've even had to go into my creative cloud and install the font from there as well. However, this is not a permanent solution since it is still a recurring issue for me.

Hi @Autumn3783288621pq,

 

This seems like an issue with the font cache. Would you mind clearing the font cache by following the steps shared in this help article: Reset Font Cache

After that, uninstall & reinstall the font in Creative Cloud and then test if the issue persists. 

If the problem persists, kindly check whether this happens with certain fonts and confirm the version of the OS and InDesign being used.
