Fonts won't import

I'm at a total loss here. All of my fonts (2400) are showing that they are in my Creative Cloud file, that's the same file location that InDesign is showing it's syncing to, yet none of them are in my InDesign at all. I've tried re-routing the files to different places, many restarts, pausing and un-pausing, moving the fonts around, getting my administrator to give me access to move the files into the literal InDesign program files. None of it is working.

Is there any reason why my fonts aren't importing into both versions 2019 and 2020 InDesign? They're located in my Fonts in my Control Panel on my computer - the fonts are there, they just won't import at all and I have no clue what to do.
