Footnotes numbers

Hi! I have a question about the footnotes. I don't know if is possible that footnotes numbers doesn't restart in a document when I don't link the text boxes. I mean, althought I have diferent text boxes that aren't linking, the footnotes numbers go from 1 to "x" for all the document. Now it is restarting in each text box along the document, so I have footnote 1 in pages 10 and 13, and I would like that the footnotes in page #13 were a continuation of general footnotes of the document.
