Form Text Field NOT allowing client to use enter/return key on Interactive PDF

Hi there!

I use a workbook with my design clients and the interactive aspect does not seem to work well for those clients with a PC (or anyone opening it with something other than Preview). 

When clients fill out a text form field they are unable to use the return key to begin a new line and the line does not automatically end at the boundary of the interactive text box so the text stays in one long line,  extending beyond the parameters of the box. We can click and highlight and scroll through their text horizontally, but it's incredibly frustrating for both them and myself. 

Is there something I can do in the initial formatting of the field to fix this??
