Can the cursor be thicker in InDesign?
Sometimes the background is dark, and the cursor is not so obvious.

If you are using an Apple Mac System then you can go to: Apple Menu > System Settings > Accessibility > Display > Then scroll down to Pointer and change the > Pointer Size to what you need. This will then be larger in ALL applications and might help overall.

Changing the arrows is easy.
But changing the cursor in the text is hard.

Hi @dublove,

Thanks for reaching out. Yes, you can make the cursor more visible by scaling the InDesign user interface! Head to Preferences > User Interface Scaling and adjust the UI sizing, ensuring that “Scale Cursor Proportionally” is checked. This will increase the size of the cursor along with other interface elements, which can help improve visibility, especially on darker backgrounds.

Give it a try, and let us know if it helps!

Best,

Anshul Saini

Did I ask that question last time?
Mine doesn't have that many options, just min or max.
It's great to see your screenshot that you can have 4 options.

Those options are dependent on the monitor resolution.
