Frame fitting buttons disappeared.How can I restore it?

I have just been trying to create a layout and have noticed the frame fitting icons have gone from my control panel at the top. I have read through all the posts already on here and have taken their advice and customised my control panel  to get rid of some icons to make sure there is enough room. The frame fitting option is ticked but still won't appear. Anything else I can try? It's super annoying to have to go through object menu when you have loads of frames to adjust

    Answer number 2:

    When you have a lot of frames to adjust, object styles may be your answer. If there are other things going on, you can turn off everything except Frame Fitting Options so this is the only thing that changes.

    When object styles are used from the beginning of the project, it is a simple edit to make the change (next time!)

    Show screen shots of the panel menu and the "Customize..." at the bottom, the Object in the options

    Is your window for InDesign maximized? What size monitor? What is your resolution?

    These buttons won't show if there isn't room and you may need keyboard shortcuts or go to Object > Fitting

    Also, do you have a graphic frame selected? They won't show if you don't.

    Hi thanks for replying. Yes, screen maximised, 1920x1080 res and 15.6 inch monitor on laptop. Yeh I have been using the shortcut now but I just think it's weird that even if I untick everything else and leave those buttons ticked they won't show up even on empty control bar
