Fuzzy images with transparent background

Indesign document shows my transparent image is sharp when I set display perfomance for the image to high quality, this should prove the image is of hi enough rez. However, when the document is published online from within Indesign using thePublish Online button, the images are fuzzy. I tried PSD and PNG files and work in CC on a Mac running Yosemite. What could be the problem?

In the Image Settings in the Publish Online dialogue box (under the Advance tab) you can increase the resolution (and change other settings).

Thanks Derek. I'll give this a go but what makes this situation a little weird is the jpegs that are photos come out fine in the published document but the images that were rasterized from Illustrator vectors in Photoshop at reasonably hi res (not for print so tried 72, 120 and 200 dpi) still came out fuzzy.

What did work was this (after an hour of trial and error):

1. copy and paste the vector directly into Indesign from Illustrator

2. Right click vector to bring up menu

3. Click Object Export Options

4. Select EPUB and HTML button

5. Choose Rasterize Container

6. Choose PNG format and res of 300dpi

7. Click done and publish online

Why it needs this many steps I don't know.
